Florida weather is unpredictable, especially in the summer! We’ll always do our best to make sure you get your perfect event. If poor weather (rain, high winds over 15 MPH, or lightning) is expected, you can choose to:

 

Cancel

• Cancel at least 72 hours before your event and receive a full refund (minus a 3% booking/processing fee).

• Cancel within 24–72 hours: We retain a 25% deposit to cover costs already incurred.

• Cancel less than 24 hours before the event: we keep the deposit, but full payment is not necessary.

 

Reschedule

you may reschedule your event, and the original deposit will be applied to the new date. No additional payment is required.

 

Move Indoors

we’re happy to help you plan a backup location, such as a home, Airbnb, or covered space (pavilion, venue, etc.).

 

Please note we may need to adjust your setup start time to one hour earlier or later, depending on the forecast.

We cannot set up in active rain or lightning, and your cooperation helps us keep everyone safe.

During Your Event

• If lightning is approaching, we will begin immediate breakdown to ensure the safety of our team and your guests.

• If it starts raining during your picnic, feel free to find cover - but please understand that once the setup is complete, our services for the event are considered rendered, and refunds cannot be issued.

 

No Communication / No-Show

If we do not receive any communication and no plan is in place, the event will be considered canceled with no refund.
